What do you get when you combine #pomegranate molasses, Scotch #whiskey, red wine vinegar, black #garlic, harissa paste and a few other odds and ends? Something very strong, that’s what. Actually i’m going to marinate my short ribs in this for 24 hours and see what it gets me. Could go either way. I’m a grits and eggs kinda girl myself but Peter’s stoked. Anything with #Scotch in it gets his attention. #covidcooking

I need some help with this one. My grocery order asked for 2 pounds of sunchokes but the shopper must not have known what that was and instead I got 2 pounds of turmeric. I have never used this and I don’t want to waste it. I know I can dry it and make it into a powder but I’m looking other ideas.
